Full-service wedding florals typically include custom floral design, delivery, on-site setup, installation (such as arches or hanging pieces), and breakdown at the end of the event. We handle everything so you can enjoy your day stress-free.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding months. This ensures date availability and allows ample time for design consultations and revisions.

Is there a minimum spend for full-service floral design?

Yes. Our full-service floral packages start at $2,000 to cover design, labor, delivery, and setup. We offer à la carte and DIY options for smaller events or intimate weddings.

Do you offer floral packages or is everything custom?

All of our designs are custom. We tailor your florals to reflect your unique vision, color palette, and venue. No pre-made packages—just bespoke beauty.

What’s included in the consultation and design process?
Our process includes:

  • Communication leading up to the wedding day
Do you provide mock-ups or samples before the wedding?
We can provide a sample bouquet or centerpiece upon request for an additional fee. This is a great option if you want to see how colors and textures come together.
Do you deliver and set up the flowers on the wedding day?
Absolutely! We handle all logistics, from bouquet delivery to setting up ceremony backdrops and reception centerpieces. We also offer late-night breakdown if required.
Do you stay on-site during the wedding?
We stay on-site during setup and until everything is picture-perfect. After that, we can leave or remain available for transitions (like moving ceremony flowers to reception) depending on your package.
Can I rent vases, arches or candles from you?
Yes, we offer a range of rental items including vessels, arches / pedestals, candles, and more. These are included in your quote and must be returned after the event.
What happens if a flower I requested is unavailable?
We do our best to source your preferred blooms. If a specific flower is unavailable due to seasonality or supply, we will substitute it with a similar flower that fits your aesthetic and color palette.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We are happy to travel for destination weddings. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the distance from our studio.
How do payments and contracts work?
A signed contract and retainer (50%) are required to secure your date. Final payment is due 60 days before the wedding.
Can I make changes after booking?
Yes, you can make changes to your design or floral quantities up until 60 days before the event. We’re flexible and want to ensure your florals align with your evolving plans.
